2. What data we process

The data you provide in our contact and quote forms: name, company, email address, phone number, city, project type and the content of your message.

3. What we use it for

• To answer your enquiry and send you the quote you request.
• To follow up on that proposal and, if you accept it, to manage the order.

We do not use your data to send you advertising unless you expressly ask us to, and we do not make automated decisions with it.

4. Legal basis

Your consent when submitting the form and, at your request, the taking of pre-contractual steps (preparing the quote), under Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5. How long we keep it

For as long as necessary to handle your request and, if there is a business relationship, for the periods required by law. If no order is placed, we delete it within two years of the last contact.

6. Who it is shared with

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Providers of technical services, such as web hosting, may access it solely to provide that service and with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to contacta@villalongarden.com, stating which right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
